The only thing that changed the texture of lipstick, or it depends on the number. Last year i ordered #4, matte, not sticky, leaves no traces. This time #9. More matte than not, but still the structure is sticky, tender. Initially upset, because the color in the tube and when applied differs from the claimed in the picture, but when it dries, almost identical to the photo.
